1. The client ( client a ) recommend your friend ( client b ) sending your reference url.

2. When customer B clicks on the URL, you should see a message to enter your email address. When customer B enters your email address, you will be sent the "friend" reward by email.

From email, customer B can copy your coupon code and use it in an order.

3. If customer B then makes a purchase, the customer will get its reward.

Keep in mind that the friend does not need to create an account or use the friend's reward that he reached to complete the recommendation. They would have to make a purchase!

Note: If a customer made the check-out as previously guest or entered his email in any way, he will not be able to use the reference link (since he will already have an email associated with his name) and, therefore, it will not be eligible.

To convert the points into a reward, their clients must log in to the rewards panel of their site. Once they have logged down, they must open the rewards panel.

Then click Ways of redeeming.

If they have enough points for one of the fixed quantity rewards, there will be a button Redeem.

To exchange points in Incremental rewards, your client must use the points slider to select the number of points you want to spend and then click on Redeem.

By clicking on, your client will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Apply code which will automatically apply that coupon code at the end of the purchase.

According to their notifications configuration, your customers can also receive an email with the coupon code for your records. The code will also be stored in its rewards panel in the section Your rewards at the bottom.

📋 Note: Once a customer has redeemed his points for a reward, the reward will remain in his account until he decides to use it in a purchase or until the body reward. The points are not automatically returned to the account of a client if a reward is redeemed and is not used.
