Subscriptions are renewed automatically according to the selected delivery interval and the store will automatically deliver the products after each renewal.

Change of shipping method to a concerted point

If you want to change the shipping method to a concerted point, it will be necessary to pause your current subscription and create a new one.

During the purchase process:

In it Step 1, select the option of Subscription.
In it Step 2 (Shipping methods), choose the option Service Point Delivery (Concerted points close to your home).

On the map, all points available will be shown. Simply select the most convenient.

Once the delivery point is selected, you can proceed to payment and finish your purchase quickly and easily.

Yes of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time on the client portal, as seen in the next screenshot. The only case in which the subscription cannot be canceled is whether it has initiated a subscription that requires a certain number of payments before being able to cancel it.
You can access the client portal through the magical link you received in the email sent to you when you made an initial subscription order in the store. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account in the store.

You can omit or reprogram the position on the client portal. Each scheduled delivery will have an omit payment button next to it, which you can use to omit the position. You can reprogram the position by clicking on the reprogram button located next to the delivery date.

Of course. You can add products to your subscription on the customer portal. You just have to click on the edit button on the product card and edit, remove or add products to your subscription.

If the subscription cannot be renewed because the payment has not been processed, you will receive an email with a link in which you can update your payment method safely.
