Subscriptions

Log in with your username and password to access your panel.

You can carry out all the necessary procedures using the available buttons.

If you are already logged in, tap "I'm already logged in".

If you don't have access yet, tap "Request access" and enter your email.

Recurring purchase

Subscriptions automatically renew based on the selected delivery interval and the store will automatically deliver products after each renewal.
For example, if you have started a monthly subscription, the system will automatically charge your credit card each month and you will receive the products at your doorstep every month, without having to order yourself!

Change of shipping method to an agreed point

If you wish to change the delivery method to a scheduled point, you will need to pause your current subscription and create a new one.

During the purchasing process:

  1. In the Step 1, select the option Subscription.
  2. In the Step 2 (Shipping Methods), choose the option Service Point Delivery (Agreed points close to your home).

On the map, all available points will be shown. Simply select the one that is most convenient for you.

Once you have selected the delivery point, you can proceed to payment and complete your purchase quickly and easily.

Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time in the customer portal, as seen in the screenshot below. The only time the subscription cannot be canceled is if you have started a subscription that requires a certain number of payments before you can cancel it.
You can access the customer portal through the magic link you received in the email sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the store. You can also access your subscriptions by creating an account in the store.

You can skip or reschedule the charge in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip Payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge. You can reschedule the charge by clicking the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.

Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Simply click the Edit button on the product card and edit, delete or add products to your subscription.

If your subscription cannot be renewed because the payment could not be processed, you will receive an email with a link where you can securely update your payment method.
