Returns and right of withdrawal
The client has a period of 14 calendar days for the exercise of the right of return from the receipt of the order without penalty for its exercise.
The client will be reimbursed the amount of the order, excluding the amount of shipping costs. Likewise, the amount of the return costs to the refund address indicated by Lobo Azul feet, will always be in charge of the client.
The reimbursement period will not exceed 7 calendar days from the reception of the merchandise returned. In the case of payments made by transfer, these times may increase.
The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must keep its original packaging and labeling to protect the product. For the assumption that it cannot be done with the box with which it was delivered, the customer must return it in a protective box so that the product reaches the establishment of blue wolf feed with the maximum possible guarantees.
A copy of the delivery cobby must be included within the package, where returned products and the reason for the return are marked.
The amount of the product will be paid, but the transport costs will be in charge of the customer: € 7 for the first leg and € 7 for the return, which makes a total of € 14 for every 15KG of order.
The return of the amount will be made once the product is received in our facilities and verified that everything is in perfect condition.
To proceed with a return, the following steps must be followed:

- Process the return in the online store before 14 calendar days from reception.

The product must be returned in perfect condition.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
They are not suitable for returning, for health reasons or hygiene, if the seal has broken after delivery.
When after delivery, they have mixed irreversibly with other products.
