1. The client ( client A ) recommends his friend ( client B ) by sending him his referral URL.
2. When customer B clicks on the URL, they should see a message prompting them to enter their email address. Once customer B enters their email address, the "Friend" reward will be sent to them via email.
From the email, Customer B will be able to copy their coupon code and use it on an order.
3. If customer B then makes a purchase, customer A will receive their reward.
Please note that your friend does not need to create an account or use the friend reward you redeemed to complete the referral. They would need to make a purchase!
Note: If a customer previously checked out as a guest or entered their email address in any way, they will not be able to use the referral link (since they will already have an email address associated with their name) and will therefore not be eligible.

To convert points into a reward, your customers will need to log in to your site's rewards panel. Once logged in, they will need to open the rewards panel.
Next, click on Ways to Redeem .
If you have enough points for one of the fixed amount rewards , there will be a Redeem button.
To redeem points for incremental rewards , your customer will need to use the points slider to select the number of points they wish to spend and then click Redeem.
By clicking on redeem, your customer will be taken to a page that displays the coupon code with an Apply Code button that will automatically apply that coupon code at checkout.
Depending on your Notifications settings, your customers may also receive an email with the coupon code for their registrations. The code will also be stored in your rewards dashboard in the Your Rewards section at the bottom.
📋 Note: Once a customer has redeemed their points for a reward, the reward will remain in their account until they choose to use it for a purchase or until the reward expires. Points are not automatically returned to a customer's account if a reward is redeemed but not used.
